This is another digital preliminary for Illuxcon 2013. Painted in Photoshop. Its actually part of a series of paintings I'm making about ancient ruins. Not sure how many I'll finish in time for the show I'm hoping to have at least two.

Ice Station

This is another piece that started as a traditional painting that was finished digitally. In this case its an 18x24 oil on linen. The digital parts were created  in Photoshop and 3d studio max.

Some Things From the Vault

My goal with these paintings is to solve a problem of design, gesture, lighting, color or mood and  the subject is just the vehicle for the painting.
